MacOS back/forward scrolls back to the top of the page

In the MacOS app if I scroll down on the page, click to navigate to a different page and come back via the back button, the scroll position resets to the top of the page. This behavior is very annoying as I constantly open an artist’s album and when going back I need to scroll back to where I was if I want to open another album.

Please fix this as it’s one of the biggest annoyances in terms of UX and it gives the impression of a lack of polish to new users.
I’m willing to give a hand with implementing this fix.
