Jim Ford-Composer of 1969 Harlan County Album-Wrong Artist On His Profile Page

A similarly named artist, James Ford (who may go by Jim Ford), has his albums listed along side Jim Ford. Jim Ford is the composer of the album Harlan County and has recently had previously unreleased material added to his digital catalogue. There is another artist that has albums with dogs wearing cowboy hats and such. This is not Jim Ford material. Is there another way to report this sort of thing to Deezer?

When you see that an album or song was not recorded by the specified artist, there is an option to Report a problem.

 


Click on the three dots ➡ click Report a problem  ➡ 

 

 

➡ select This album wasn't recorded by this artist  ➡ submit

Click on the three dots ➡ click Report a problem  ➡ 

 

 

➡ select This album wasn't recorded by this artist  ➡ submit

 

Although the setting exists here, chances are action won’t be taken for a while. Sending an email to support will quickly have the catalog team adjust as needed.

I went ahead and did what Nina suggested and also sent an email to support. Hopefully, this gets resolved soon. Thanks for your input and help!
