Is Deezer Connect coming back??

Question

hi folks, I’m a new subscriber and I am losing my mind a little bit, not being able to cast music from the Deezer app on my iPhone to the Deezer app on my Samsung TV. That seems like such a table stakes feature for 2026. It looks like this is what Deezer Connect used to do, but now they’ve discontinued that, does anyone know if they’re planning on bringing it back? This is a real point of friction in my day-to-day use that is driving me up the wall, and I’m looking for any signs of hope. Thanks!

There are plans to bringing it back based off a verified Deezer employee on Reddit.

I’m so glad to hear that!I'm currently still on ytmusic and hate the fact that I can’t ‘cast’ my music to sonos devices.And yes I can add Deezer as one of the sources in the sonos app. But I don’t want to do that. Deezer crafted a mobile app experience and I want to have that experience, not the shitty sonos garbage.I really hope this is indeed true because that’ll be the thing to def make me switch (or stay)
