Hi, is there a car Mode option? With large icons? Going through settings--deezer labs i cant find it.

Car mode is available on Beta program only . You can join the Beta program by following the below instructions :

OK, and then? After I toggle it on nothing really changes

@eljujito the comment you responded to is two years old. With the increased use of CarPlay, I am not certain that car mode is still even a thing. I remember reading that Spotify retired their “Car View” and as of the last day or so has ceased production of their Car Thing.

I do understand that not everyone has a CarPlay capable car stereo, but that seems to be the direction things are going.

I will follow up and either edit/update this comment or post another one.

@eljujito I’m part of the beta program and I don’t have it on iOS, but another super user who is on Android says they have it and it works.
