IPv6 Support

It would be pretty nice if Deezer would support IPv6.

Akamai, EdgeCast and Iguane seem to be IPv6 ready.

IPv6 is already mostly possible if the DNS is configured correctly and you setup fastly with a dualstack map.

One can easily override the DNS CNAMEs and get IPv6 support for most endpoints.

Only media.deezer.com and live.deezer.com remain.

As a subscriber I still astonished why this is not solved yet?
