I need to cancel this subscription. I don't want this.

I purchased this service thinking I could download my friend’s wife’s song. That is not an option. I would like a refund, because the service made it seem like that was a thing I could do. I cannot. I have to Venmo him for his wife to email me an MP3  of her song.
