How to change the color of the title of the song you are playing

Sometimes I am playing a favorite song and searching for another good one but moving up and down cannot easily see where is the song I am playing. After several attempts I found but it is not a nice experience. 

Maybe if the current playing song has another background color I would enjoy more my app user experience
