How do I convert all my saved music from HQ to Hifi? I had a HQ account then upgraded to Hifi but all my saved music is still HQ.

→ Settings (gear wheel top right) → Data and storage → Clear all
This deletes all downloads and you can then download the HiFi versions of the songs.
Before the new download you have to switch to High Fidelity under Settings → Audio.
