Hi, I’m sick and tired of Deezer telling me my account is linked to another device and stop my music or tell me it’s on listening mode on another device. I only use it on this phone that I have with me everywhere and I don’t have it on any other devices.

just about everyone here on the forums are fellow subscribers such as yourself, and therefore do not have access to your account. I would suggest opening a ticket with deezer support so they can assist you.

in the meantime, I have no idea what troubleshooting steps you’ve already taken, so it’s difficult to offer suggestions. i would likely begin with changing your password (use a strong password generator), clearing app data, logging in and out of your app on all devices, and restarting your devices.
