Flow is not working properly and completely ignores local music...

Hi, I’ve been having a pretty serious problem with Deezer and its Flow feature for some time now. It used to work brilliantly, but this year, especially since Flow was heavily expanded (in my opinion, unnecessarily so) with the ability to fine-tune your music taste both for the general Flow and for individual moods, it has started working very poorly.

The biggest problem is that Flow has completely eliminated Polish music from my recommendations, even though I have Poland selected as my country in the settings and there is plenty of music by Polish artists in my playlists and liked tracks. The algorithm simply doesn’t seem to learn anything. Even though I’ve been manually playing Polish songs myself, Flow still doesn’t recommend them on its own.

On top of that, the excessive complexity of the new Flow customization system means that the music it recommends now generally matches my musical taste much worse than it used to — even putting aside the complete lack of Polish tracks.

If nothing changes in this regard in the near future, then despite being a loyal Deezer fan for many years, I’ll have no choice but to switch to a competing services...
