Expand Deezer connect's functionality

Agreed!! The Deezer Connect feature is very misleading and should be called Deezer remote instead.  Please expand its functionality.

i have Echo speakers and the Deezer app and cant see ow to select what speaker to play from in the app. it will only play on my phone. need to be able to connect to a speaker

Agreed - The Deezer Connect name is misleading. What literally everyone wants is the same functionality as Spotify Connect which is the leader.

Deezer comment needs to be like Spotify connect so we can use the Deezer app instead of things like MusicCast. 

@Yula Any update on this? I see it’s been merged but isn’t that a bit more generic. I think we should keep a specific thread unnerved for specifically controlling Deezer on an Alexa device, say an Echo, from the Deezer app on your phone, like you can do on Spotify and Amazon Music. Come on Deezer Devs, YOU CAN DO IT!

I am sure our devs are working in a better user experience for Deezer Connect and to expand its functionality. 
Actually, it has been expanded for Sonos users in France at the moment.
