I cannot reproduce any podcast in Android app becuase it stops playing it after 20 seconds.

I opened a ticket with support and they did not give any solution.

I have already reboot the phone, uninstall/install the app, clean the cache, clean Smart Cache, logout/login… no problem with web browser player but not possible to repdroduce with the Android App.

As soon as my subscription is expired I will jump to Spotify… bad app and worse support from Deezer team.

Hello @manuel.na82 I have checked and it seems your case was escalated to the Hardware team.

Nevertheless, you can send some additional information to help understanding what is happening:

  • Open Deezer ➡️ gearwheel in the top right ➡️ Data and storage and take a screenshot of the whole page
  • Do you have SD card installed?
  • Have you tested in a different mobile device?

Mi10 does no support external sd cards, so only internal memory.

... sorry, it is in Spanish.

 

I don't have other mobile devices, in a laptop using the web browser and the windows app and webos app in a smart tv no problem. Using the same wifi.

Other users have the same issue in android, just check google.

I just checked the ticket on our support, and we didn’t get any feedback about could cause does delay.

As you said that it affects all podcasts, unfortunately I can reproduce on my side with two different Android devices.

As you are on a family plan, does the other members of your account get the same experience?

Also, do you get this kind of delays when you listen to albums or playlists?


Question already answered in the ticket, please do not waste my time and do not waste yours since I will be moving to Spotify when my subscription is expired.

Shit customer support.
