When I first got my Pixel 9 Pro XL, and downloaded my Deezer account -it had an equalizer. As did all the music services on this device, but Dezzer has an equalizer as default. Now all of a sudden it's disappeared completely. I have no idea why this happened, It's a very important feature to me; It's actually a deal breaker as a subscriber If it's gone for good. Can somebody please tell me why I'm losing features on my pixel device that I just bought? My Apple devices are all the same in all have equalizers my Android device took it away, and I want to know why.

Because they're biased against you, Android must be biased against you or the Play store to get away from you. It's nothing that you did. It's on them, delete them from your device and forget you ever had a subscription. If I were you. Baffling, annoying, and unwarranted.

Hello @Jay Pratte thanks for your post, and sorry for the delayed response.

Regarding your question about the equalizer, Deezer doesn’t have an in-built equalizer on Android, so it will depend on if the device comes with one.

A long time ago, I had a similar experience when I changed from a low model that had an equalizer to a high-end model that didn’t bring an equalizer built-in. Since then, I don’t have an equalizer for the Deezer app.

For iOS devices it is different as all models have an equalizer built-in.
