Deezer widget does not show on lock screen

Thanks for coming back to us @Yevgeni - have you tried any troubleshooting in the meantime? For example, reinstalling the app?

I've forwarded your versions and details to our devs so they can look into this 

Hello Deezer. I see this problem exists for more then two years now. On google I saw the problem is because of the newer Android versions do not support it. 

Can you ask your experts for a solution? This discusion is going on for to long now? Reinstalling, settings by notifications etc doesn't work.

Hello @Jeroen van der Zwan, this issue is not the same since 2 years, by which I mean that when it’s solved for one manufacturer, it can appear on another one. For instance, the first comment told about having the issue on a Xiaomi device, I do own one and the widget on the lock screen works perfectly well. It depends a lot on the brand and the configuration at a specific time. Could you let us know which device you own, as well as the version of Android and the version of the Deezer app?

Hello @Kevin Deezer On my Xiaomi running Android 10 and Deezer 6.2.8.81, I have the same problem. 

Edit: The last 4 days, a music player widget is there!

Hello @stepal and sorry for not seeing your answer from the 29th, I appreciate that you kept me posted anyway  Good to know the widget is back on your phone. I also have a Xiaomi and didn’t have that issue. Don’t hesitate to get back to us if needed.

Same problem on Huawei Honor 9.

All notifications for Deezer are enabled.

Same problem for Pixel 6 

Same problem since a few months with my Xiaomi Mi A1 Android 9. I cannot skip tracks from my lockscreen. All notifications for Deezer are activated.

Same thing happens with my iPhone???
