New Deezer user, only been on about a month. I came over from Spotify for the FLAC but the app experience is terrible, every action I input takes a few seconds to happen or I have to try twice because the first time doesn’t work.

Is this a regular thing with this app? I’ve tried reinstalling the app on my phone and laptop but it keeps doing the same thing. Any tips? I’ve seriously been reconsidering going back to Spotify because of the terrible UI experience.

Hello @Jerry202, what’s the model of your phone?

Is your Os up to date? Can you update the app too? 


My phone is a Samsung Note20 Ultra and my laptop is a Razer Blade, hardware isn’t the problem. I obsessively check updates on my phone and computer every day (kind of a problem 😅) but yes, Deezer is up to date.

 

I just took some videos of examples of the problems I’ve been having. Any way I can share them here?


It’s also the same exact problem on a browser, on the Windows installed app, on my phone app, and even on the Google TV app on my Shield TV.

 

It is 100% a Deezer problem, not a user-end problem.

I am also having a bad lag in my Sony TV app.


Hi @Kleinj74, I checked that it is a family account profile and if you have a compatible TV everything should work perfectly.
To clarify your situation, contact our support here and send them your TV reference and a step-by-step video of how to log into your Deezer account through your TV.
