Hello! Hope you guys are doing well.

I am working on a rhythm game similar to Guitar Hero and I wanted to know If i can use the 30s previews from Deezer as the music for it.

The audio will not be modified, stored or downloaded. I will simply be streaming a track preview based on an artist search and the player will tap notes while it plays.

 

Please let me know if this is permissable, Thank you!

Deezer is great for streaming music but it's not designed to be a source of data for creating rhythm games.
You would need to secure the necessary licenses to use the music in your game as Deezer's terms of service likely prohibit this kind of usage.
