Does anybody have a contact e mail for CEO Senor Folgueira Sanchez or any directors at  Deezer had office 24 Rue De Calais, Paris?

I’ve had terrible service from Geraldine in Customer Services about excessive data usage and want to report her and see if  the senior managers care more about a long standing customer.

If not, I’ll write by snail mail.

The CEO of Deezer is Alexis Lanternier. He assumed the role in July 2024, succeeding Stu Bergen who had been serving as interim CEO. 

Lanternier's focus is on accelerating Deezer's future development and ensuring profitable growth. He brings a wealth of experience from the e-commerce sector, having previously held leadership positions at companies like Walmart and Lazada.
