Can't dislike songs/artists

Why can’t I block songs/artists?  Using Sonos Voice Control I was able to block/dislike songs for a while but now I can’t.  Some days I dislike the same song 5-6 times and it continues to play.  Why?

    Are you talking about Deezer flow playing via Sonos and using Sonos voice control?

    For me it works perfectly… maybe it’s a general problem with your Deezer flow. Are you having the same problem using the like/ dislike option within the Deezer app?

    Yes but not just Flow.  I have not been able to dislike a song on either Sonos or the Deezer app.  Not with SVC, not by tapping the circle slash or anything else.  I’ve even gone into the Deezer app on my PC and told it to not play the song with no positive results.
