Auto Play

So one of the reasons I originally chose Deezer over Spotify, back in the day, was that Spotify had (has?) this annoying habit of playing more tracks when you select one track to play - so instead of only playing the track you choose it plays that track AND THEN goes on to play more tracks.

Highly annoying.

I've noticed recently that Deezer has started to do this also.

I don’t want this to happen.

When I decide to play one track I want to listen to that track and then . . . silence. Nothing else. I certainly don’t want more tracks automatically playing.

I appreciate this is for Deezer to manipulate its metrics, so don’t expect there to be a fix, but if anyone knows of one I’d appreciate it.

I believe Qobuz doesn’t force auto play onto its paying customers, so am just verifying this, and if that’s the case (and there are no options to stop this on Deezer) I’ll be switching.

It’s a shame because I’ve enjoyed Deezer for many years.
