Audiobooks (Dutch) not complete

What can I do / Who must I contact for audiobooks which are not complete?

I listen to Dutch audiobooks and at this moment I had 2 audiobooks that are not complete. Although this are mystery audiobooks I do not think it should not stop in the middle of the story.
