Now I’m getting AI-generated replies when I submit bugs. And it seems there’s no follow-up.

Is that a way to discard the customers’ bug reports? It’s quite insulting, and frankly disappointing.

It takes a few replies but eventually you can ask the Bot to forward your request into the queue for a human to look into it. 

I think it’s their way to reduce low quality requests that can be answered within their FAQ page.

I can understand that you find this frustrating. This way, you're not getting a proper answer.

Have you already tried submitting a request instead of using the chatbot?

That’s how I did.

Today’s the weekend, so I’d understand, but another very annoying bug I reported 3 days ago had the same answer. Usually, they reply faster, and not with an AI bot.
