It has been very long time that we are waiting for hifi to be ready for heos devices. Deezer has all now increased prices to the family account and I cannot use the extra feature of hifi on my heos device. Pls let us know when is this possible.

But you can play with AirPlay and you will receive the music in Flac.

This is extremely poor form. Deezer has been saying for months, and indeed years, that HiFi would be coming to HEOS systems ‘soon’. I understand you cannot control what Denon do, but a bit more honesty would have been appreciated, rather than making commitments you could not keep.
Personally I’ve cancelled my Deezer subscription and have gone to one of your competitors. Your focus seems rather haphazard, which is a real shame because I wanted to support you (and did!) as the relative underdog.
They stated it is a 2 way project so stating here they don‘t move forward is a more then strange …
