Request monitoring - waiting for approval since 11 September 2025

One Hit Wonder

I submitted a request for monitoring as a manager of my band Dodo on 11 September 2025, Distrokid UPC 199736028461. Status is still Waiting for approval. I wrote to creatorsupport@deezer.com on 26 September 2025. I got only auto reply with a request number 8315883. The email recommended to look at the community website so I came here with a hope that someone can help. Our album is associated with the wrong artist with the same name as ours  - Dodo. Can we get a chance to create our Artist page?

Sorry I can't help, I'm just not an agent for deezer. I have the same problem, I can not claim my profile and am trying to get deezer to help.

I can't gey to the part where you input a UPC as my name is not coming up to claim… is this normally a problem?

I’ve created a new artist page for you https://www.deezer.com/es/artist/348529141

So just type your artist ID when you are required to do it on the Creators website and you will be able to see your artist page and claim it

Let us know if you do it so we can approve it 😎
