My podcast episodes aren't updating

Hi there,

My new podcast episodes aren’t updating on Deezer.

This seems to happen whenever I add a tracking pixel to my RSS feed.

I only seem to have this problem with Deezer and it’s always when I add a new tracking pixel to my RSS feed.

I have reached out to support but nobody can seem to help me.

I’ve been told to “upload the episodes” to Deezer but haven’t had any explanation as to how I can do this.

Hi there, it seems like the issue might be related to how Deezer processes the tracking pixel in the RSS feed. Have you tried temporarily removing the pixel to see if the episodes update correctly without it? Also, you might want to check Deezer's submission guidelines for podcasts to see if there’s any specific issue with their system or the format of your RSS feed. I hope this helps!
