Question

My band's new song was released under another artist's profile on Deezer

My band (Red Noise) released our first song through Landr a couple of weeks ago. As it was our first release online, we didn’t have any Artist/Creator profiles in any of the big streaming platforms yet, so Landr was the one responsible for creating our profiles. However, once our song was released, it’s showing up in another artist profile under the same name as ours. I reached out to Landr support to help getting this fixed, but I’m also posting here to make sure everything runs well with this request.

In every other platform, our profiles were created from scratch and our song shows up correctly in our profiles, the issue is just on Deezer.

Here's the link for our song that’s showing up in another band/artist profile that’s also called “Red Noise”, by the looks of it. They already have a song posted in there, but this song isn’t ours. When trying to claim the song though the “Deezer for Creators” platforms, it shows that the profile is already taken, even though the release is brand new, it was just posted in a different artist page.

Really hoping we can get all of this figured out! Thanks in advance to anyone that can help me out on this one, cheers!
