Multiple Releases Assigned to Wrong On Piano Artist Profile

Hello,

I’m the owner/manager of On Piano. Several of our releases have been incorrectly assigned to another artist profile instead of our official On Piano artist page.

Correct / Official On Piano artist profile:
https://www.deezer.com/us/artist/13822311

Incorrect artist profile where the releases are currently assigned:
https://www.deezer.com/us/artist/223634895

Could you please move/reassign the following releases from the incorrect profile to the official On Piano artist profile above?

1. Along the River (Violin and Piano Version)
https://www.deezer.com/us/album/1056243042
UPC: 859744342651
ISRC: QT32A2600013

2. Beethoven Junior
https://www.deezer.com/us/album/1035340002
UPC: 9362531557875
ISRC: AUQ9D2672584

3. Beethoven Jr. (Revelation Version)
https://www.deezer.com/us/album/703469591
UPC: 9361713181327
ISRC: QT32A2400005

4. Thank You For Loving Me
https://www.deezer.com/us/album/939394871
UPC: 0196399968868
ISRC: QZNWQ2121858

These releases all belong to On Piano (Artist ID 13822311) and should not be associated with Artist ID 223634895.

I have previously reported this artist-mapping issue through Deezer for Creators, but unfortunately it has not been corrected. I would really appreciate it if your catalog team could now reassign these releases to the correct artist profile.

Thank you very much for your help.

Hi Jaime,

I’m following up because the issue still isn't resolved.

The four releases are still assigned to the incorrect On Piano artist profile and are still missing from the official profile.

I previously submitted another reply with screenshots showing the current situation, but it doesn't appear to have been published in the thread.

Could you please check this again with the catalog team?

Also, if Deezer Community isn't the right channel to resolve this type of artist-mapping issue, could you let me know exactly who I should contact or where I should submit the request? I previously used Deezer for Creators for this kind of correction, but for some reason that route no longer seems to be working for me.

Thank you very much for your help.
