I CAN'T request my artist profile

Hi,

I have 2 problems:

1. I can’t request my artist profile because I can’t find it in the list of all “Raho” artists:  https://deezer.page.link/z1c4y8R9VuSNDRtC8
2. A lot of my music is on the wrong “Raho” profile. How do I move it if I don't have access to my official profile?

Please resolve it asap.
