With a simple swipe, you can check your performance and audience analysis through the Deezer for Creators app.
WHERE TO REQUEST ACCESS?
Download the Deezer for Creators app for Android or iOS, choose Podcast creator, and then Continue.
You will land on a Log in page. Since you don't have access yet, select SIGN UP at the bottom of the page, and enter your name, email address, and desired password.
Before requesting access to Deezer for Creators, make sure your podcast is already on Deezer (deezer.com > Search)! If not, request its addition here: podcasters.deezer. If your podcast is approved, it will be added to Deezer within about one business day, and it will appear in search results within the following 24 hours. 👍
🚨 Important points to pay attention to: 🚨
1. Deezer for Creators is not for publishing your podcast on Deezer, but for accessing podcast statistics once it is online.
2. All confirmations will be sent to the email address in your RSS feed. This is the contact email for Deezer. Make sure it is valid.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once you have filled out and submitted the form with the three fields completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
ERRORS:
I never received a confirmation: it's probably because the email address in your RSS feed is not yours. Solution: change the email address in your RSS feed before requesting access again.
My RSS feed is rejected: it's possible your feed has changed or you made a typo (it's 5 PM, end of the day, you've already had too much coffee 😵).
Solution: you need to use the same RSS feed to request access to Deezer for Creators as the one you used to add your podcast on Deezer. If your RSS feed has changed and you forgot to notify Deezer, send a message to support with both your old and new feeds: creatorsupport.deezer.com/requests.
My password is not valid: it could be a forgotten password or a technical issue. Solution: you can request a reset. Open Deezer for Creators > Podcast creator > Continue > Log in: Forgot? Enter your email address and click on SEND ME THE LINK. You will receive a password reset link in your email.
