i submitted a request two weeks ago to claim access to one of my artist pages (here). other services like spotify and apple music responded within a day or so. when can i expect to hear back from deezer for creators?

also, i have a second page for my duo/band i would also like to claim (here). however it looks like there is no option to make a second request anywhere on the ui? how can i request to claim this page as well?

sidenote: i do not have any ‘official’ social media accounts for my music, so i did not add any on my request. if you need any more info, please let me know what you need and how to provide it. thanks:))
