Sadly, that's exactly not what I am looking for. But I guess that confirms that it doesn't exist on Deezer.

Maybe see it then as a suggestion for a new feature: an unfiltered list of all new releases, making it possible to dive into genres that the algorithm or the editors wouldn't usually recommend.

Yes, I knew it wasn't what you were thinking and looking for, but it's the only way at the moment.
