Yes, i did so.

Well, the situation is, that the older Album on deezer was published by my former Label about 10 years ago. And my new Album is not yet on deezer. I wanted to claim access to the account BEFORE the new release...so that i can put in actual content like photos, bio, etc….

is there any change?

HELLO from Fulda/Germany,

i got quite a tricky topic. I am an artist (singer/songwriter). My debut-album was released in 2011. There is an existing atists page on DEEZER. I wanna claim access to promote my upcoming new album.

now filled in all the info according to my former album (UPs,...social media links,…..

RESULT: ALBUM IS NOT OWNED BY YOU.

Well, in 2011 i worked together with a former label….true. BUT: HOW can i as an artist now claim the access to this atist page? (before my new album is uploaded on DEEZER)

...o is it only possible afterwards?

I requested access to Deezer Backstage on 8 May 2020. And have not heard since then. What should I do? I got access to Spotify and Apple, no issues, only Deezer is a problem.

Hello @Rudi or @Jaime. 

I am contacting you due to a situation with my artist profile name, which I still do not claim because I do not know whether to do it or not that there is a mistake. I asked my distributor RouteNote for the solution to the error but I do not see it reflected in Deezer and it is almost a month after the request. The problem with the profile (URL: https://www.deezer.com/mx/artist/6974943) is that it shows Adán Ángeles when the correct one is Adán Angeles without the graphic accent.
Could you help me fix that mistake?

Hi @GeraldSmile if you requested access in our Backstage Platform and received an email confirmation, please keep in mind that might take 3-4 weeks for Deezer to grant you access to your artist page due to the high number or artist request.
If you don’t hear back from Deezer after that time, please let us know.

I have just released a track and my distributor Distrokid has confirmed it’s live on Deezer; however i need a Deezer backstage access to check the analytics. I already claimed a profile with other stores but Deezer. I also put Distrokid’s support email on “distributor’s email” section as they do not have an official distributor email.

We sent a request for the backstage a couple months back but so far we have not received the access. We are an indie label from Pakistan with over 30+ artists roster on our label. We will really appreciate if the access is given so we can market our artists and audiences to Deezer!
