I’m a new artist called Saravá and last week I released 3 tracks: Sem Mágoas, Uma Louca Paixão and Negra Pele (Álbum: Saravá).

The problem is that the álbum is in the wrong profile also called Saravá and I couldn’t request artist acess.

 

Could someone help?

 

 

I send my request for Backstage access in May and till today I got no response. Could You pls help!

Hi  I am having some trouble claiming my artist profile. When I complete my backstage info, right before I accept the T&C, it says that I have already claimed my profile but there must be a mistake. This is the first time that I am claiming my Artist request so I want to know if you can help me solved this because I just release my single and I want to manage and have my profile updated. Thank you. 

 

Hey @Rudi I tried requesting it through the link but it says I already request it. But it’s been close 3 months and no additional updates has been given to me. I sent an email directly to Deezer’s support email and no response.

Thanks for waiting. It might be that your request will still take some time until it's dealt with by the team - the current waiting time is around 21 days. However, feel free to post the pic and the bio here and I can personally add them to your profile in the meantime :wink:

Hello. I've tried to access Deezer Backstage since my EP launched back in May. I distrusted through DistroKid and have heard people having their songs distributed from them are having issues accessing Backstage. My EP is called Lockdown and my artist name is Luis Jiménez. I made an application for Deezer backstage over a month ago, just checking to find out the status since I’ve not heard back yer. I tried reapplying but got a “You have already requested access”.

Hi, I submited backstage access request back in April, and still nothing.
It’s been already 3 months, I actually forgot about that myself.
I tried to submit again, but it returns “You have already requested access to Backstage”.
Just curious if that request isn’t lost in a pile of others!?
