AI in covers

HI,

I’d like to know if there’s a specific thread to report AI-covers. I have very strong suspicions about this album. Can’t find anything about it pre-2025 and, though the audio sounds legit, the cover is giving me very bad slop vibes.

I think cover art should also be flagged is AI is involved, not only music tracks.

I might be wrong regarding this one in particular but I’d like at least a mechanism to report this.

You are completely right that the cover art is AI-generated. This is exactly how the album was designed and delivered to us by the record label that created it.

Please be assured that while the modern artwork was supplied by the label, the music itself is 100% authentic. The tracks on this album are genuine, historic 1954 recordings of Roy Eldridge and Dizzy Gillespie playing together. If you prefer a release with the original historical artwork and photography, I highly recommend checking out the original 1954 Verve release titled "Roy and Diz."

You can report an incorrect album cover or metadata issue on Deezer by using the built-in Report a problem feature on the album's page.

How to Report an Album Issue

Open the Deezer web player or mobile app.
Go to the specific album page with the wrong cover or information.
Click or tap the three-dot menu (or the button at the top right corner of the application).
Select Report a problem from the menu.
Choose the category that best fits the issue (such as incorrect artist placement or undesirable content), or submit details via the Deezer Support Center if you need further assistance.

Hi,

Thanks for your response. I’ve done that and I’ve reported the album as “undesirable content”, but there’s a lack of nuance there. I don’t know if the reviewer will be able to know I was doing it because of the cover art.
