Crossfade feature

Hi! The Deezer Labs crossfade feature has a problem: only 1 sound out of 2 in the queue is crossfaded. Sound 1 fades out to sound 2, but sound 2 ends without transition, then sound 3 starts, then fades out to sound 4, but sound 4 ends without transition, then sound 5 starts, etc... So, the fade works 1 time out of 2. The successive updates do not solve the problem. Thank you!

Hello @Fiftyfoot,

The condition we use to display those settings might be outdated and not work properly with all recent devices, I cannot give you a date, but we will look into this issue and find the proper solution.

Thank you for your feedback!

I have the Samsung Galaxy Ultra 25 and cannot find crossfade within Deezer Labs or elsewhere. Why is it possible on my IPhone and not on my Samsung. Guys, we have the year 2025!!!!!

The Webbrowser Version and Windows App also doesnt support Crossfade.

What a shame.

Hey @Uniquee

Have you tried to get the BETA version of the app for Androind?

Some users were able to use the crossfade tool on BETA 👀

What are the plans for the Deezer app on Android? Sound fading should be a priority feature!

Starting version 8.0.48, crossfade will be available for everyone.

Still in the Labs section but not restricted to Beta builds anymore.

According to feedbacks, we may promote it as a regular audio setting in the future.
