Android Beta Release Note 9.0.17

FEATURE

▷ [PLAYER] We now recover exact timestamps in the Android Deezer app, ensuring correct playback position recovery when resuming content in the player (via the Cloud-Based Queue List) 

IMPROVEMENTS

▷ [LIBRARY] The favorite albums page now loads your first 20 albums instantly before fetching the rest of your collection, making the page feel noticeably snappier even when you have hundreds of albums saved

▷ [ONBOARDING] The artist picker now announces the number of artists you need to select via TalkBack (i.e. TalkBack announces "Choose x more artists" when selecting an artist), making the onboarding experience more accessible for screen reader users

▷ [PLAYER] The audio output icon in the player now dynamically updates in real-time to reflect the type of connected device — whether it's Bluetooth headphones, a car, a TV, a speaker, a Chromecast device, or simply the phone speaker 
Note: This modification is available for all when using Cast. However, it is available only to users with devices using Android 11 or below for Bluetooth (cf headphones, speakers, cars) for now. A screen asking for Bluetooth permission will be implemented for devices using Android 12 or above, which will allow us to release this modification to all on Android.
