Deezer Android App can't be compatible with ASUS Chrome Book or any computer .
You need download Deezer desktop app for computer .
Deezer Web Player:
You can simply open your web browser on your Chromebook and navigate to Deezer's website. This allows you to access Deezer's entire library without needing a separate app.
Deezer Desktop App:
While primarily designed for Windows and macOS, Deezer also has a desktop app that can be used on Chromebooks. This app provides a offline listening capabilities.

Normally, using Deezer via Google Chrome on a Chromebook is not a problem. At least, I do not experience any problems when I do this.
Your daughter can go to the Deezer website and then create a web app from the Deezer website via the browser.
But if it is a modern Chromebook, you also have a Playstore on it. And with this Playstore you should also be able to install the Deezer app.
