When are you going to fix your downloads?

Seriously, this is ridiculous. How can I go from having 1500+ songs downloaded to waking up one day and NONE of them stream in offline mode. This has been the same garbage since I started using this in 2020. It's been 5 years and you guys haven't done much but remove features and break the ones you kept. HOW? I find it insane that even with my low expectations and standards for any streaming app, all of you fail to do the most basic thing. Wtf are you doing with our money? Certainly not using it to improve anything.
