Hi @Briz, thank you for your message.

Can you confirm whether you've connected your new smartphone or the original phone to the car via Bluetooth?

If you have, please ensure you've completed all the necessary procedures:

  1. On your smartphone, go to the Bluetooth menu within your smartphone's settings.
  2. On the steering wheel, press and hold the voice command button to open the menu and pair a new smartphone.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to pair your smartphone with the car via Bluetooth.

Hello @Briz,

Can you provide an update based on @Leonídia.Deezer’s suggestion?

If that still doesn’t resolve your issue - then it could be the bug with the latest Android Auto update which forced some users to re-setup Android Auto from scratch.

In your case, I see you have not defined how you connect to Android Auto (wired or wireless).

A. WIRED

  1. Connect your phone to your Car Radio (with Android Auto support)
  2. Android Auto should open up on your radio instructing you to complete the setup on your phone
  3. Follow all on-screen instructions to pair up your phone with your car.
  4. Once completed, your Android Auto should fully open it homepage/dashboard and you can continue to use it as before
  5. For the case of having Deezer on there, make sure you have an Deezer Subscription and it being installed on your phone too. It won’t hurt to ensure you have all the latest OS and Deezer updates.
  6. Make sure Waze has all latest updates installed
  7. Open Waze: Go to Settings > Audio player > Select Deezer on the list and follow and accept all conditions to pair up
  8. Waze on your Car should now be able to show Deezer as you use it.

B. WIRELESS

  1. Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth and Wi-Fi is turned on. Usually as you get into your car and Power ON, your phone should display a notification that Android Auto is nearby
  2. Tap on the notification, and follow the on-screen instructions from step 2 above.

These steps should often get you back connected and ready to jam to your favorite tracks on Deezer, if not, please write back to this thread.
