volume goes down and app keeps playing


Two thing:

 

1. When a song finish and the next start, the volume turns down on that specific song. 

I have to change song, and then the volume goes up to normal again.

How do I fix, so it doesn't change volume between songs?

 

2. When I remove my usb-c (from the phone, after it have been connected in my car), the app changes song and keeps playing on the phone. How do I make it stop playing when usb-c is taken out of the phone?

Hi ​@Garnage2k Hi, could you please update to the latest Deezer app version 8.0.34.5 and let me know if the problem persists.
Also let me know if it happens all the time or just when you connect your phone to your car via cable?

Greetings Jaime,

I have the newest update, and it is still doing both as mentioned. 

It is not all the time, but like 75% of the time. It does it both connected or not connected via cable. 

I had Tidal before this, and it never did it, so I know it has nothing to do about my device or car.

Same thing happens to me it’s so annoying!! If I go from say my TikTok app or YouTube or some other app playing audio, and then I open Deezer my volume goes down to halfway. Every. Single. Time. It’s soooooo frustrating. I didn’t know apps had access to volume like that. I cannot figure out how to turn it off. It happens everytime my volume is up. 


Even with the update it still happens

@Garnage2k ​@letmesleeppleaz do you have the “normalise audio” option activated in your Deezer app?
