Hey there, @Stephen.Beard

Can you reinstall the app and re download the music?

Let us know if the issue continues after that.

I have this problem too. Do you understand why telling us to delete the app and re-download the music is not an acceptable solution? I have quite a bit downloaded for listening while commuting.

I’m done with Deezer. I was already thinking of dumping it. The app is so slow. It takes 30-60 seconds to load favourites, even after clearing the cache.

Your app was better than Qobuz but it’s gotten worse and Qobuz has gotten better.
