I'm having trouble trying to load three albums on the artist page Dynazty. When I click on certain albums on their page I get the error message "Unable to load page". I am connected to WiFi, I have restarted my phone, and reinstalled the app twice. All other albums on their page load and I can play songs just fine and other artists I try load and play songs fine. I'm not sure if this is just an issue with the artist or what. There are two screenshots below. If I click on one of the three albums in the discography section I get this error message below. Also, if I click on discography to view all albums the three of those albums are not listed their either.

Hi @Josh Vooris, sorry to hear that you are having this experience.
I tested it on an Android phone and all albums opened easily.
Can you give me more details about your situation?
Did you check if the battery optimization is not on for Deezer? Did you try clearing the cache of the app or reinstalling it?
If you already did all the steps, please answer the following questions:
• Have you tried to log out and log in again with the email address?
• What's the brand and model of the device you are having problems with?
• What's the version of the operating system (Android, iOS, Windows or Mac) installed on your device?
• If you're using our app, what's the Deezer version installed on your device?
If could you also send me a screenshot of the app Deezer with the option “Data and storage”, it would be very helpful too.

I have tried all the steps suggested but the albums still are not opening. You were able to open the albums "Sultans Of Sin", "Knock You Down", and "Bring The Thunder" by Dynazty? Those are the only 3 albums by Dynazty that I can't open.

The device I'm using is the Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G. Android version 12 is installed. The Deezer app version 7.0.32.67 is installed.

Hello @Josh Vooris indeed I could hope those 3 albums as I am based in the UK.

When i checked the availability of those albums in the US, we don’t have the license to play them there.

I can even add that is not just the US. These albums are only available in 72 countries from the normal plus than 200 countries where Deezer is available.

So that is why you can’t open them.

Our music acquisition is negotiated between artists & right-holders. It’s nothing we have direct input. so I can’t tell why we don’t own the rights to stream those albums in that country.

Don't forget that if you have an active subscription you can upload the song to your own mp3 section on Deezer and then you can add it to playlists. The step by step guide is here.
Sorry for that inconvenience.
