Triangle streamer not connecting with Deezer

My  streamer  from  the brand Triangle (WIFI & MULTIROOM COMPACT STREAMER – AIO C) can not connect with the deezer app. However Spotify is working 100%.  Problem is that my login is not possible  but i am sure that i use the right login name and pasword. Its irritate me because deezer is telling me that this must be working well. Anyone has the solution?  regards. Jos

Do you have the option to login with a one time code ? on the login screen you should have that option with instructions .

Do you have the option to login with a one time code ? on the login screen you should have that option with instructions .

As far us I know, we do not currently have a partnership with this brand.
However, I did notice the presence of the  old Deezer logo on their app.
Therefore, I would recommend reaching out to their customer support for further assistance.

I found the solutiom after contacted triangle in France. The streamer had a older software version an a update was needed.
