tracks not loading

Tracks not loading on my mobile app. I've tried all these steps.
Music tab → Settings (gear wheel) → Data and storage → Empty smart cache → Clear all → Uninstall Deezer app → Reboot phone → Download and install the Deezer app from the Playstore → Testing

Hey @Darra Flanagan

Perhaps you would like to answer the following questions:

  1. Which smartphone are you using?
  2. Which Android version is installed?
  3. Do you mainly use mobile internet (LTE/5G) or Wifi?
  4. Are you using an SD card?
  5. Where do you store your music? On the SD card or on internal storage?
  6. Are the interruptions recent? If yes: Since when approximately? Do you know what you changed on the smartphone?
  7. How do you listen to your music? With headphones or via Chromecast?

Hey @Darra Flanagan

thanks for your answers.

Regarding your answer #5.
Please delete the app again and install it on the internal memory of your smartphone. Please also store the songs in the internal memory.

If it works without errors, we have found the cause of the problems: Your SD card.

I'm curious about the result. Fingers are crossed… 😃
