Hi! The downloaded tracks started failing to play one by one. Followed the steps l found on the forum and reinstalled the app. This did not change a thing. Now tracks are failing to play even in the online mode, l mean l cant play the tracks at all. Any suggestions?

I have same problem, track stops playing on android 9. No error, application simple disapper when i click on pause/play

Sorry that's happening. Could you try the following steps, exactly in this order, to see if it helps with your issue?

  • make sure you're connected to a wifi network
  • uninstall Deezer
  • clean your phone's cache
  • remove the SD card (if applicable)
  • turn off your phone
  • reinstall Deezer
  • open Deezer and download at least one album or playlist
  • reinsert the SD card (if applicable)

I’ve tried all of those suggestions and still having problems. Music stops without any warning. Even tried switching to offline mode but same result.
