Track Replaying Glitch

Over the last week or so I've started experiencing an error where by if you have had the phone screen locked, with the small mini player on the lock screen, when I unlock my handset and open the Deezer app whatever is playing stops and the app starts playing from the first track I started playing just before I locked screen. It plays through in exactly the same order whether it was 3 songs that had played or 10, it just skips right back to the start of whatever had been playing just as the screen locked.

It seems to be happening pretty much every time I'm unlocking the phone and opening Deezer by pressing on the front screen Widget or even just pressing the app itself.

 

I'm using Android and on the latest version available on a Samsung Galaxy A51. Oh and I'm a Deezer Beta tester, so it's that version of the app.

 

Any ideas or advice please?

Could be a beta bug. That’s why beta is called beta. 😉 You can submit it from within the beta app. 
Leave beta at PlayStores Deezer app page and install latest final version to check if it works.
