says there are no tracks on playlist when ive added songs.

I am on android and when I go to look at the songs on my playlist it says there are no tracks when i press it and i am unable to play the songs on it either. I have cleared the cache, deleted the app and reinstalled it, deleted and then signed back in. I am not quite sure on what to do. Please help!!
