Samsung watch replay favorites whilst active

Just back from a run and getting fed up with deezer not allowing me to press play again at the end of my downloaded favourites when I'm mid recording of activity. The play button is there when I swipe left but doesn't do anything so I have to finish my run in silence.

Is this deezer or all music apps such that it's wear os problem?
