Same 100 songs when I click shuffle download music

Hi y'all,

I know a lot of other people have had this prob but is there really no way around this issue? I have over 3k songs download on my phone but when I click the shuffle button at the top next to the download music there are about 50-100 songs that always play w/in the first 2 hrs. And then if I press shuffle again it just continues to play the same shuffle, it doesn't restart with something else. It's not like my favorites or anything specific it's random songs from all my playlists but it's always the same handful of songs.

Everything is updated, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I've launched it both thru my desktop and app. I've logged in and out. And I've undownloaded everything and redownload it all.

Is there any fix? I'm so tired of hearing the same songs during a "shuffle"

Thank you in advance!

The "Shuffle Downloaded Music" feature currently has a known technical limitation where it may cycle through a smaller selection of songs rather than your full downloaded library. This is something that has been flagged to our product team, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.
In the meantime, I'd recommend the following:
As a workaround, try shuffling individual playlists directly, or use Flow for a more varied listening experience

We understand this isn't ideal, and we truly appreciate your patience while our teams work on improvements.
