problematic scrolling of playlists

Hi Deezer team,

Did you introduce new mechanism of scrolling in the app?

I have a problem with scrolling the playlists in Deezer. It's not possible now just to tap at any place of screen (with opened playlist), and swipe up/down to scroll.

I have to use side scrollbar to scroll over all playlist items.

my screen record on YouTube

Android 9, Huawei P10 (old one, with Google services). Deezer family acc.

Problems started after last update, or one update before. Reinstalled, - the same.

Thanks in advance.

P.S. but still, your flow mode and AI suggestions for me is the best among other music apps. 🙂

Hi @Andre.N can you confirm that issue still persists?

According to latest news from our developers, issue should have been tackled.

Thanks for reacting)

Unfortunately, still playlists don't scroll well.

But albums scroll in good way (one can tap on any place on the screen and scroll over the songs.

I think it is on the app side. And there was no updates.

Or it's the problem of my android (9).

So, to summarize,

Albums scroll well, as usually, tap in any place and scroll up or down. There is no scroll bar on the right.

Playlists - i have to tap on the bottom of the playlist picture and swipe down, then side scroll bar appears. I can't scroll more by tap on any place. I have to tap on side scroll bar and use it to scroll up/down.

Also, if there is 5 tracks or something like that, side bar doesn't appear. And if last track is hidden by play bar, on the bottom, I can't tap on it. 🤪🤯

Sorry for long read)

Hi @Andre.N,

I’ve tried to recreate your issue on my Android phone and tablet, but I don’t have this issue.

On both devices I’ve got Android 13 and Deezer 8.0.3.151.

Could this be related to the older Android 9 like you are saying?

This issue also occurs on my Sony walkman running Android 13.  I can't scroll at all on any playlist.
