problem with deezer connect

Hello, I am running Deezer Premium from my android phone, and I can't change songs from my phone to my desktop app OR browser.
 I do this to prevent alt tabbing and have tried every possible fix that I could find in the FAQ. (from removing SD to clearing browser cache.)

It is really frustrating, is anyone else experiencing this? and off course, how do I fix this?

Deezer connect has had significant problems ever since it was introduced.  Deezer doesn’t know how to fix it.
